🚀 About the Role / What You Will Own

As a Webflow Developer, you’ll be responsible for building high-performance, responsive, and visually engaging websites. You’ll collaborate with designers, marketers, and founders to bring brands to life and ensure their websites align with their business goals.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• 🛠️ Build pixel-perfect Webflow websites from Figma or design mockups.
• ⚙️ Implement Webflow CMS, animations, interactions, and advanced functionalities.
• 🚀 Optimize sites for performance, speed, and accessibility.
• 🔍 Ensure SEO best practices are followed in site builds.
• 🤝 Collaborate with designers and marketers to turn brand vision into high-performing web experiences.
• 💡 Manage custom code integrations where needed (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• 🔄 Provide ongoing maintenance and improvements to existing Webflow sites.
